Denny Cavnar is a licensed Real Estate Agent in Nevada and California joining Beverly Realty, Inc in June, 1994. Denny has been involved with thousands of transactions both buyers and sellers in dealings with residential home sales, investment property sales, multi-family, apartment buildings, vacant land, as well as commercial real estate. Further, Denny has been an REO Agent for Bank Owned Properties since 1999 and is very experienced in the foreclosure/short sale process. Denny has consistently been a top agent in the region for many years.
Denny was raised in the Gardnerville, where he graduated from Douglas High School and then went to college at UC Santa Cruz, then transferred and graduated from UC San Diego in Chemical Engineering. HE later went on to get an additional degree in Forest Science from Sierra College. Before joining Beverly Realty, Denny worked with troubled youth, primarily in gang activity. Growing up in Carson Valley, he learned to snow ski at an early age, skiing at Kirkwood and Heavenly Valley Resorts. During the summers, he is out mountain biking, hiking, or enjoying his boat on Lake Tahoe.
