Denny Cavnar was raised in the Carson Valley where he graduated from Douglas High School and went on to earn a B.S Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of California at San Diego and then to Sierra College where he studied Forest Science.  Returning to Gardnerville, he became a Youth Counselor where he dealt with troubled kids involved in gang related activities.

Denny is a licensed Real Estate Agent in both Nevada and California joining Beverly Realty in June, 1994. In addition, he is an REO Agent for Bank Owned Properties.  For the past sixteen plus years, he has been extremely successful in helping Buyers and Sellers with their residential homes, multi-family units, investment properties and/or vacant land needs.  He is very knowledgeable in all facets of the Short Sale process as well.   He is considered to be one of the leading agents in the Carson Valley.

Born and raised in Vallejo, California,Carol then spent 8 years in Southeast Asia and moved around the United States before returning to the Carson Valley.

Carol began at Beverly Realty as a Bookkeeper in 1985 soon going into sales.  She has 24 years of experience in sales of Residential, commerical, and investment properties.
